Terms of Service
- By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.
- We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
- You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
You can have only one account with your REAL NAME (or the name that appears on the Paypal or AlertPay account). If you put in fake or incomplete information your account will be suspended. If you want your account activate it again should send me a support ticket with missing information, I'll do the changes and I'll activate the account but you will be penalized with the $1 from your purchase balance or from the account balance (by case).
Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. - You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
- It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
- Your upline cannot be changed.
- Accounts are not transferable.
- We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
- All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
- We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
- Cashout Terms:
- We will pay all our members. Upgraded members have priority.
- We can decline any payments of users suspected of cheating.
- Payments will be send in 1 to 15 business days.
- Members can cashout a percent of their investment:
- Standard members - 150%
- Premium members - 200%
- Elite members - 350%
- Ultimate members - 500%
- All payments will be made via AlertPay and PayPal. No other method of payment is available at this time. - If you deposited/funded/bought a membership with PayPal you cannot withdraw your money by Alertpay. Same for Alertpay to PayPal.
This is an anti cheater rule.
If you invest using both payment processors you may request payment by any method (PayPal or AlertaPay). - You need to have an AlertaPay and PayPal verified account for any purchase/cashout at the BuXperience.com
Accounts must be uniques and not shared with another user. - You may only request one payment at a time.
- Every paid member is required to post payment proof in our forum after every payment (MAX 48H), If you not post your payment proof, your account will be suspended.
If you want your account activate it again should post the proof in the forum and I'll activate the account but you will be penalized with the $1 from your purchase balance or from the account balance (by case). - All issues caused by payment processors are not our fault.
- By joining BuXperience.com, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.
- We have the right to change our terms of service at anytime without prior consent or notice.
EVERY MEMBER IS REQUIRED TO ALWAYS VISIT OUT "TOS" PAGE FOR ANY ADDITIONS OR CHANGES THAT IS NECESSARY TO SMOOTHLY OPERATE OUR WEBSITE. ALL MEMBERS WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA ON-SITE MESSAGE CENTER OF ANY ADDITION/CHANGES WHEN THEY DO OCCUR.
